How do returns work?

Goods bought from Holstee are meant to make you smile. If they don't, we haven't done something right.

If you're not completely satisfied with your Holstee purchase, let us know! The easiest way to initiate a return is to first fill out this form. You are also welcome to contact us at help@holstee.com with questions or if your return/exchange requires special attention.

Our return policy is: If you don't want it, send it back within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund and within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange. If it's possible for the original packaging to remain intact, wonderful! But it's not a deal-breaker.

What if my product arrives damaged?: First of all, we are so sorry about this! Occasionally it is possible for products to have imperfections, and sometimes more fragile items can suffer damage while in transit. Should this occur, let us know via help@holstee.com and we will be more than happy to provide a solution for you. Exchanges or refunds are always possible; we're here to help and happy to do so! Please note: We do advise that the customer does not attempt to have our Manifesto posters sent to a P.O. Box address. Over time, we have realized that many unnecessary damages occur this way. If you have a P.O. Box address, our best suggestion is to have the posters sent to a friend, family, or accepting work address!

Here at Holstee, keep in mind we offer a lifetime warranty on our designed goods--if they don't meet your quality standards, let us know and we will fix or replace it.
