International Holiday Shipping

With so many online shoppers this time of year and the postal service working overtime, we want to make sure your orders arrive on time! Below we have some information on what shipping options are available, approximately how long each option takes, and some last dates for processing in order to ensure delivery before the holidays:
IMPORTANT: OUR WAREHOUSE WILL BE CLOSED/NO ORDERS WILL GO OUT ON THE FOLLOWING DATES: November 26th-27th, December 24th-26th, January 1st.
Q. After I place my order, when will it ship?
A. Our warehouse is hustlin' to make sure your orders are out the door quick: each order is shipped approximately 24 hours after it's placed, give or take a few.
Q. What international shipping options do you offer?
A. We offer USPS First Class Mail International and USPS Priority Mail International. We typically advise 15-20 business days for all First Class Mail international orders due to the unpredictability of the customs clearance process (for more information on customs, go here). Keep in mind that customs can always apply to an international orders and USPS bases their delivery times according to their standards, not any customs department process. Priority Mail International is estimated at 6-10 business days but is not guaranteed as customs clearance time still applies.
Q. Do you offer any faster options?
A. Yep! If 6-10 business days won’t cut it, we also have FedEx or UPS options that will appear during checkout depending on your shipping region. For any questions regarding these rates, please contact us at help@holstee.com
Q. When is the last possible day I can place an international order to ensure delivery before Christmas?
A. This is a complicated question, but the short answers is: it depends where you are! See our list below of approximate delivery dates. As always, it is important to consider customs clearance with all international orders. You can find the full article on customs here.
